How can I join EasyTrip One Key?

  • Click here to join EasyTrip One Key — it's free and easy to get started. 
  • EasyTrip One Key is available in various regions worldwide and is continually expanding to new markets. To be eligible for EasyTrip One Key, log in or create an account on the EasyTrip site or app in a region where the program is offered.

How does the EasyTrip One Key rewards program work?

  • EasyTrip One Key is our free travel rewards program where members can enjoy discounts with Member Prices and earn OneKeyCash for eligible bookings. OneKeyCash is simple: $1 in OneKeyCash = $1 to use on future eligible travel.
  • As long as you’re a member and sign in before you make any bookings, you’ll automatically earn OneKeyCash and collect Trip Elements across eligible travel bookings. 
  • You’ll earn OneKeyCash on eligible hotels, vacation rentals, car rentals, activities, ground transportation, and cruises.  
  • You can earn more OneKeyCash as you move up the tiers, including higher earn rates at VIP Access properties. 
Planning a family trip? The account holder who makes the booking earns the OneKeyCash, no matter which travelers are named in the booking. All OneKeyCash will be deposited in your One Key account. No need to set up accounts for your family members or children to collect rewards. 

Does OneKeyCash expire?

  • OneKeyCash earned on bookings won’t expire if you make an eligible booking at least once within 18 months. OneKeyCash received through offers and promotions can expire sooner. 

When can I use my OneKeyCash?

You can use OneKeyCash any day of the year, with no blackout dates. OneKeyCash is a flexible rewards currency that lets you choose when and where to use it. This means you're free to apply your OneKeyCash on any eligible booking date that works for you, subject to One Key terms and conditions. 

Can I use OneKeyCash to book flights on EasyTrip?

OneKeyCash may only be used on select flights. If you can use OneKeyCash on a flight, you will need enough OneKeyCash to cover the entire cost of your eligible flight, including taxes and fees, and may not add any optional extras like checked bags or seat assignments. You can purchase those extras after booking your ticket. 

What benefits do I receive as an EasyTrip One Key member?

As an EasyTrip One Key member, you get both instant savings with Member Prices and OneKeyCash on eligible bookings. You can also earn more OneKeyCash on stays at eligible VIP Access properties as you move up the tiers.

How can I track my OneKeyCash on EasyTrip?

Your OneKeyCash is easy to track. Just head to your rewards activity page to see what you have earned and your progress toward your next tier.    Note: Only eligible bookings receive OneKeyCash. For more information on what bookings are eligible, please see our terms and conditions.    When you make ‘Pay Now’ bookings, your OneKeyCash will arrive in your account three days after you complete your trip. For ‘Pay Later’, your OneKeyCash will generally be confirmed 45 days after you complete your trip. For car rental bookings, this can take up to 90 days to be confirmed. 

How can I redeem OneKeyCash on EasyTrip?

Once your OneKeyCash is confirmed, it’s yours to use at any time. Here are a few details to keep in mind:    To use OneKeyCash on a flight, you will need enough OneKeyCash to cover the entire cost of your eligible flight, including taxes and fees, and may not add any optional extras like checked bags or seat assignments. You can purchase those extras after booking your ticket. OneKeyCash may only be used on selected flights.    Travelers may redeem OneKeyCash only toward the eligible non-flight portion of their package booking. The amount of OneKeyCash that can be applied is limited to the cost of the eligible non-flight component(s) of the package.  
For example: If a traveler has $200 in OneKeyCash and their package consists of an eligible hotel valued at $100 and a flight valued at $200, they can use up to $100 of their OneKeyCash toward the eligible hotel. The remaining $100 in OneKeyCash cannot be applied to the flight portion and will remain in the traveler's balance for future use.    OneKeyCash cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable to other members, but you can redeem OneKeyCash on eligible bookings in someone else's name.    If you choose to use a credit card associated with an airline, your credit card benefits may not be passed to the airline. You will still be able to enter your airline loyalty program number at checkout to earn airline loyalty rewards. 

How do you reach tier status with One Key?

The more Trip Elements you collect across EasyTrip and participating brands, the more you progress. 
What’s a Trip Element? They’re the different parts of a trip, like a flight, a hotel stay or a car rental. EasyTrip One Key takes every trip element into account, so every eligible booking can help you move up tiers.
 
Trip Elements include: 
  • 1 air ticket (one way or roundtrip) 
  • 1 hotel room night (each night counts as an element) 
  • 1 night in a vacation rental 
  • 1 day car rental 
  • 1 roundtrip ground transportation ticket (airport shuttles, transfers, etc.) 
  • 1 activity ticket (a private tour, a theme park ticket, etc.) 
    • Trip Elements must be worth $25 or more in USD excluding taxes and fees to qualify.  
It’s fast and easy to move up One Key tiers. Here’s what you need to book to qualify for each tier:   
  • Blue: Just sign up, it’s free! 
  • Silver: 5 Trip Elements within a year 
  • Gold: 15 Trip Elements within a year 
  • Platinum: 30 Trip Elements within a year 
So, for example, if you booked 2 nights in a hotel and a 3-day car rental, you would earn 5 Trip Elements, enough to reach Silver tier in one trip. 
Tiers are earned on a calendar year basis, from Jan 1 to Dec 31. Your tier for the upcoming year is based on the number of Trip Elements you’ve collected by Dec 31, and your progress resets on Jan 1. 

How do I get a discount with the EasyTrip One Key rewards program?

Join EasyTrip One Key for free and sign in before you book to unlock Member Prices on eligible bookings. Just by signing up, you can save 10% or more¹ on over 500,000 hotels worldwide with Member Prices, and the discounts and perks get bigger as you move up the tiers.   

Is EasyTrip One Key free to join?

Yes, EasyTrip One Key is free to join. Once you sign up, you can start earning OneKeyCash and get access to Member Prices on EasyTrip and other participating brands. 

How do I stay up to date on EasyTrip One Key?

Don't miss out on important EasyTrip One Key updates. Follow these steps on our site to subscribe to updates on the EasyTrip app or website:
  • Sign in > Account > Communications.

Can I use my EasyTrip One Key account in other regions?

EasyTrip One Key is available in select regions. In regions where EasyTrip One Key is live, your Trip Elements and OneKeyCash are combined in a single account.    If you have EasyTrip Rewards accounts in regions where EasyTrip One Key is not yet available, your rewards and Trip Elements will transfer to EasyTrip One Key when the program becomes available, and you join in those regions. Until then, you will maintain separate accounts in each region.    For example: If you have United States and Sweden EasyTrip accounts, you will have separate balances until EasyTrip One Key becomes available in Sweden. At that point, your balances and Trip Elements will be combined. 

If I no longer want to participate in EasyTrip One Key, how do I request the deletion of my account?

Account deletion with active trips 
If you have an ongoing or upcoming trip and ask us to delete your account, our Customer Service teams won’t be able to answer any questions, concerns, cancellations, or refunds. This is because once your account is deleted, our teams will no longer have access to your details. Therefore, they may kindly ask you to re-submit your deletion request after your trip is completed. 
Before requesting deletion, we recommend you: 
  • Wait until after your trip is completed. 
  • Save a copy of all your itineraries and correspondence with us or the travel supplier. 
 How to delete your account on EasyTrip 
  • Web: Log into your single account on the EasyTrip website and go to Account > Settings > scroll down to the ‘Account management’ section and click on ‘Delete Account’.  
  • App: Log into your single account on your EasyTrip app and go to Profile > Settings > scroll down to the ‘Account management’ section and click on ‘Delete account’.  
  • Web/Phone: Click on Support > Privacy > Request or delete your personal data > Contact us and ask our Customer Services to delete your account.  
  • Chat: Click on Help and ask our agent to delete your account.
