How can I access EasyTrip Trip Matching? 

You can access EasyTrip Trip Matching simply by sending an Instagram reel to EasyTrip as a direct messaging on Instagram.

How do I use EasyTrip Trip Matching? 

When a public travel reel on Instagram inspires you, click on the share icon, search for EasyTrip and share the reel. EasyTrip’s AI-powered features will analyze the reel and reply with a destination guide and itinerary. You can ask further questions to refine your travel plans. 

What information does EasyTrip Trip Matching provide? 

EasyTrip Trip Matching's models will analyze the information of the reel (like destinations, specific points of interest or activities…) and build a destination guide around that reel with information like recommended times to visit, top things to do and hidden gems. EasyTrip Trip Matching will also suggest an itinerary.

Do I need to follow EasyTrip in order to be able to share my Instagram Reel with them?

What are the sources of information used by EasyTrip Trip Matching? 

EasyTrip uses a mix of AI models as well as proprietary information to build the destination guide and suggested itineraries.  As answers are generated by an AI-powered experience, mistakes may happen.

I didn’t get a reply after sharing a reel, why ? 

There are a few reasons why you didn’t get an answer:  

  • The reel you shared was not public, or not travel related.
  • It was a video or post instead of a reel, those formats should be available soon.
  • There was too much demand and we had to briefly pause new reel submission.

Is EasyTrip Trip Matching available outside of the US? 

For now, EasyTrip Trip Matching is built and optimized for the U.S. market, but we are looking at opportunities to expand this service into other geographies and platforms in the near future.

For now, no. Our current focus is ensuring the current feature is providing an optimal experience. We are looking at opportunities to expand this service into other geographies and platforms in the future.

As an AI-powered experience, EasyTrip's Trip Matching may make mistakes. When interacting with our AI, EasyTrip does not ask for personal information about you and others. For privacy purposes, please avoid sharing personal information about you and others (e.g., surname, email address, credit card details, etc.). Is EasyTrip going to send me messages just because I share a reel and interact with the AI?

EasyTrip will only reply to the reel you shared to suggest travel recommendations in the chat. The AI-powered experience may refine results/suggestions based on the questions and/or preferences asked when further interacting with the AI in the chat. To ensure that the experience provided is optimal, we may ask for your feedback via an anonymous survey. EasyTrip does not ask for your personal data in this survey.
